The Amputee Coalition of America had been translating selected articles into Spanish for several years before they asked BilCom to help coordinate their efforts. Not only do we now translate articles from their multiple publications, but we’ve also helped the coalition launch a Spanish-language homepage with an ever-growing library of  information, augmented by links to vast amounts of additional information in that language.

Tell us your goal and we'll help you meet it . See what we've done for other clients who wanted to benefit from reaching out to Hispanics.

Port to Port Shipping, a major freight forwarder and common carrier, needed a Web site that reflects its seriousness about, and openness with, its global clients. We developed a Web site in English then created a mirror site in Spanish. Both offer information about Port to Port’s organization, leadership, processes and values to clients in both the United States and Latin America.

Content That Works, a Chicago-based company that develops supplements for newspapers throughout the nation, partnered with us to create an annual holiday insert for Hispanics. Our writers develop all the articles for use in their colorful publication Auténtica Navidad, available in both English and Spanish. The magazine not only serves as another advertising vehicle for newspapers, it also speaks to the memories and the traditions of people with roots in the Spanish-speaking world.

Kidshealth, the Web’s most popular site about children’s health, asked us to write original articles to communicate more effectively with Spanish-speaking parents who visit the site. We worked closely with Kidshealth editors to write articles that bridge cultural gaps and help parents with limited English skills develop stronger relationships with their health-care providers.

AAA Arizona had developed a Spanish-language publication called Caminos that resembles its award-winning travel magazine, Highroads. We provided a fresh perspective to the proofreading process. We also edited the company’s Spanish-language Web site, originally translated by its staff.
